There are 2 paths to qualify for an O-1A visa:

  6. Scholarly articles: Authorship of scholarly articles in professional or major trade publications or other major media
  7. Critical employment: Employment in a critical or essential capacity for organizations and establishments that have a distinguished reputation
  8. High compensation: High salary or other significantly high remuneration in relation to others in the field
